Payment:

·         As soon as you confirm your order, we will ask you to pay by credit transfer a 20% advance of the total price.

·         Alternatively, you can pay with PAYPAL by credit card.

·         Payment will be settled on delivery.

·         N.B: Please let us know in advance, in the moment you order the goods, if you need VAT to be specified in the invoice.

·         Instalment payment:
you can comfortably pay the goods by instalments: please inform us if you whish to choose this payment method when you confirm the order. In this case, we will give you all the necessary information.

·         Warranties:

Withdrawal from the contract  ruled by the laws in force

·         Warranty on materials according to European law system

·         Warranty on the goods assembled by our company according to European law system

Delivery period:
We guarantee the delivery  of  standard goods within 25 days from  the day of receipt of your 20% advance payment, while for items made to measure we guarantee a delivery within 30 days (except in the case of  problems that are not chargeable to us).

Transportation fees:
we will inform you on transportation fees when you will order the goods; they depend on the type of product and on the destination.

Assembling fees:
we remind you that all our articles come in easy to assemble kits. Anyway, if you wish we can assemble the items on your premises. Here are some examples of assembling fees: carport for two cars: € 450,00, log cabins from € 250,00 to € 500,00 – travelling expenses excluded)
